Hello everyone,

After updating Community Surveys to version 7.0.13, our surveys are completely broken. Everything was working correctly on the previous version.

**Symptoms:**

1. On the page https://participa.ciudadreal.es/index.php/procesos-participativos, clicking on any category throws a fatal PHP error:

Class "CJFunctions" not found
```

2. The survey view is broken: all language strings are rendered as raw text on the page (e.g. "Años,Meses,Semanas,Dias,Horas,Minutos,Segundos", "Deficiente, promedio, bueno, muy bueno, excelente", "Por favor seleccione mínimo {0} respuesta(s)", etc.) instead of being loaded properly by the component.

3. A "Por favor espere..." spinner appears but never resolves.

4. When clicking "Continuar" (Next) on a survey, the browser console shows the following AJAX error:

POST [site URL]/index.php?format=json&task=response.create 500 (Internal Server Error)
AJAX Error: Error: HTTP error! status: 500 at submitAjaxForm (http.js:175:19)
```

**Environment:**
- Joomla: 5.4.3 (Joomla 5 branch)
- Community Surveys: 7.0.13 (latest)
- PHP: [your version]
- Database: [MySQL/MariaDB + version]

**The problem:**
Your download page only provides the latest version, so we are unable to roll back to the previous working release.

**What we need:**
1. A download link to the previous stable version prior to 7.0.13 so we can roll back while a fix is prepared, OR
2. A patch or workaround for this issue

This is a production site and the surveys are currently inaccessible to our users, so any help or quick response would be greatly appreciated.
