GPX Save Track Error "Failed to save Track"

I have a clean Joomla 6 installation with GPS Tools 7.1.1.
When I try to upload a GPX file, I can see the file under “Track Data” with a size of 1.45 MB.
After selecting a title and a category, I click on “Save Track” and receive the error message:
“Failed to save Track, please try again later.”
If I manually draw a track on the map, everything is saved correctly.
What can I do?
